What is included in a Cosmetic Consultation?

Our cosmetic consultations are carried out by one of our talented cosmetic dentists in our Belfast practice. Our consultation includes a 3D scan, X-rays and a fully costed treatment plan. Consultations are £50 and we take this on booking.

Yes we do. We offer 0% finance up to 12 months and 9.9% APR for plans over 12 months.

It depends on what result you want. Composite bonding is great for perfecting the edges of the teeth whereas composite veneers cover the full surface of your tooth and can change the colour, shape and size of your teeth, giving you a full smile makeover. We recommend coming in for a consultation to our Belfast clinic to discuss which treatment would be right for you.

Composite bonding can be used to hide small rotations. However, we usually recommend teeth straightening first with Invisalign® then composite bonding for patients with crooked or misaligned teeth.

With good maintenance and regular hygiene appointments, composite bonding and composite veneers last around 5 years. After that you’ll start to feel like the composite doesn’t have the same shine and will stain more easily. After 5 years we recommend having them replaced.

It depends on how much treatment you need. We usually start with cleaning the teeth and teeth whitening approximately three weeks after your consultation. You will then whiten your teeth for three weeks and your composite bonding / veneers is usually completed two weeks after this. It is important to follow the right steps to get the perfect result.

No we don’t drill or file teeth before placing composite veneers. We add the composite on top of your natural tooth. You don’t have to go abroad and have your healthy teeth ruined to have your dream smile!
